This term has been hectic. I have not been able to read as much as I would like, but I am thrilled that I have gotten to read more this term than last term. I have exceeded the goal I set out for myself at the end of last term, and I am making my aim in the future to never underestimate myself as I did with this term’s goal. All in all, I am very happy with what I have accomplished, and am pleased to see how much I can accomplish in a term that had performances and exams in it.
Currently Reading: The Tracery of Trees- Anthology of Canadian Verse
Goal for next term: I will not be setting a solid goal for my Spring Reading Ladder, as I do not plan to make one. While I will of course continue to be reading as much as possible, I will be putting as much of my focus as possible on my schoolwork. Creating a Reading Ladder will, for the next semester, not be worth the time. However, as the summer of 2016 approaches, I look forward to next year’s round of Reading Ladders.
